This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which users may request cancellations or refunds for services purchased through our platform.
1. Service Overview
SubSavvyAI provides digital tools for tracking, managing, and optimizing your subscriptions.
Our plans include both free and paid tiers. Paid plans offer additional analytics and automation features.
Since our product is a digital service, access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
2. Cancellations
- Users can cancel their SubSavvyAI paid plan at any time through the Settings > Billing section.
- After cancellation, the plan will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- No automatic refunds are issued for unused time after cancellation.
- You can continue using the free plan after cancellation.
3. Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment due to a technical error.
- Incorrect amount charged due to a processing issue.
- Service access failure caused directly by SubSavvyAI’s system error.
In such cases:
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind or unused subscription period.
- Inability to use the service due to third-party account issues (e.g., Google login).
- Downtime caused by factors outside SubSavvyAI’s control (e.g., internet issues).
