SubSavvyAI helps users track, manage, and optimize their digital subscriptions using AI-powered insights and tools.
The platform currently operates in MVP/Beta mode, and features or performance may change without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SubSavvyAI. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

• Google Sign-In, or
• Email and Password

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Subscription Plans

SubSavvyAI offers both Free and Paid plans:

• Free Plan: Limited number of tracked subscriptions and basic analytics.
• Pro Plan: Additional features such as expanded tracking, AI insights, and advanced recommendations.

All payments are securely processed via Razorpay. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Razorpay’s terms and policies.

6. Beta / MVP Disclaimer

SubSavvyAI is currently in beta testing. While we aim for accuracy and reliability, there may be bugs, incomplete features, or temporary service interruptions.
We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of subscription detection, cancellation guides, or pricing recommendations.

7. Data & Privacy

We store minimal user data required to provide our service — such as email address, linked subscriptions, and usage analytics.

8. Termination and Deletion

Users can delete their accounts anytime through the Settings page. Account deletion will permanently erase associated data (subscription data, usage history, and feedback).

We may suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these Terms or involved in fraudulent activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

SubSavvyAI is not responsible for financial losses, missed cancellations, or billing disputes with third-party subscription providers.
Our recommendations are advisory in nature — users should verify before acting on them.

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
